-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen and recovered was perfume valued at $26.88.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1300 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from Evangel Church (church). Stolen were an Xbox valued at $399, a hard drive valued at $80, Mac Mini valued at $900, a monitor valued at $150, a keyboard valued at $50, a speaker valued at $150 and a sound effects board valued at $749.

July 6

-Menacing – intimidation only from the 100 block of Gardenside Drive (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 200 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (other, unknown).

-Property damage from Walmart (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic dispute from the 200 block of Park Place Way (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 600 block of 11th Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Cruelty to animals from the 300 block of Ninth Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Confiscated were pets.

-Possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol from Veterans Park (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were drugs.

July 9

-Domestic violence and harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage).

-Criminal trespass third degree and theft of property third degree from Dollar General (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $1.

-Possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store). Confiscated were oxycodone and zolopidem.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 1400 block of First Street North. Stolen was a car seat valued at $200.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from the 900 block of 10th Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were a Samsung Galaxy II valued at $635, an iPad valued at $200, a laptop valued at $1,000, a Galaxy Note valued at $900 and a laptop valued at $900.

-Possession of marijuana from the 2000 block of Fulton Springs Road (field, woods). Confiscated were drugs valued at $25.

-Possession of dangerous drugs from County Road 17 (highway, street). Confiscated were drugs.

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen were electronics valued at $30.

-Theft of property from Oak Mountain State Park (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a bike valued at $1,600.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Hidden Creek Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2001 Mercedes in the amount of $500.
