-Found property from the 100 block of First Street South (commercial). Recovered was marijuana valued at $1.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 600 block of 10thAvenue Southwest (residence, home). Confiscated was a bong with marijuana residue.

-Information only report from the 100 block of Warrior Drive. Reported were car keys.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $200.

-Information only report from Wal-Mart (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a sun roof in the amount of $1,000.

-Information only report from Fox Valley Farms Road (highway, street).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen was a Visa card valued at $150.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Dodge Charger in the amount of $2,000.

-Leaving the scene of an accident form Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Domestic dispute from the 900 block of Independence Drive (residence, home).

Oct. 3

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia (highway, street). Confiscated was a bag of marijuana and a set of digital scales.

-Harassment from Mount Olive Road.

-Information only report from the 1200 block of Fourth Avenue Northwest (other, unknown). Stolen was a laptop valued at $300.

Oct. 4

-Information only report from the 700 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Harassment from Commercial Court (commercial).

-Illegal possession of a credit or debit card from Alabaster (residence, home). Stolen were credit cards.

-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Longview Circle (commercial). Stolen were a drill and charger valued at $379, a drill valued at $300, a bar valued at $30 and an axle nut set valued at $80.

-Illegal possession of a credit or debit

card from Tupelo, Miss. (residence, home). Stolen were credit cards.

-Theft of property third degree from the South Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen was a cell phone valued at $450.

Oct. 5

-Information only report from the 100 block of Mission Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from Wal-Mart (department store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $886.33.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 1600 block of Napoleon Drive (residence, home). Stolen and recovered was a 2003 Infiniti I35 valued at $5,000.

-Harassment and domestic violence third degree from the 1300 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Found property from the 8800 block of Highway 119 (church). Recovered was a purse valued at $10.

-Theft of property second degree from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a purse valued at $1, $50 in U.S. currency, a driver’s license, a Social Security card and a debit card.

-Domestic dispute from 13th Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 200 block of Buck Creek Plaza (drug store). Confiscated were a forged prescription and a copy of a forged prescription.

-Trespassing notice from Belk (department store).

-Domestic dispute from the 1400 block of Applegate Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 2500 block of Tahiti Lane (other, unknown). Stolen was an Alabama car tag valued at $94.89.

-Domestic incident from the 1400 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Domestic dispute from the 20 block of the Peavine mobile home park (highway, street).

Oct. 6

-Found property from Murphy Oil (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a wallet with contents.

-Theft of property third degree from the 1400 block of Amberley Woods Cove (residence, home). Stolen were a flower pot valued at $10 and a bush valued at $15.

-Chemical endangerment from the Alabaster Police Department (drug store).

-Information only report from the 100 block of Greenfield Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a trailer valued at $800, a weedeater valued at $400, an edger valued at $400, a mower valued at $450, a blower valued at $500 and a lawnmower valued

at $4,000.

-Abandoned vehicle from Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Domestic violence third degree and theft of property second degree from the 0-99 block of Bart Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a wallet valued at $10, a checkbook valued at $1, debit cards, an EBT card, a Social Security card and an Alabama driver’s license.

Oct. 7

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of North Grande View Lane (residence, home). Stolen were identity documents.

-Information only report from the 300 block of Wixford Trace (residence, home).

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime and probation violation from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (drug store).

-Information only report from the 200 block of Commercial Court (commercial).

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 600 block of

Colonial Promenade Parkway (drug store). Confiscated were forged prescriptions.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Highway 119.

-Information only report from the 1100 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Menacing from the 1000 block of Willow Creek Court (residence, home). Confiscated was a pistol.

-Theft of property third degree from Wal-Mart (department store). Stolen was a Wal-Mart gift card valued at $54.56.

Oct. 8

-Obstructing justice by using a false name and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1900 block of Butler Road (highway, street). Confiscated was a marijuana pipe.

-Information only report from the Alabaster Police Department (highway, street). Recovered was a passport.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, a dugout and a pinch hitter.

-Harassment from the movie theater.

-Found property from America’s Thrift Stores (highway, street). Recovered were purses.

-Information only report from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a pistol.

-Theft of property second degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were items valued at $584.92.

-Information only report from First Baptist Church (church).

-Theft of property second degree from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were purses valued at $1,800.

-Information only report from Ernest McCarty Ford (other, unknown).

-Theft of property third degree from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $250.

Oct. 9

-Natural death from the 1800 block of Tahiti Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from TJ Max (department store). Stolen were purses valued at $479.96 and shawls valued at $59.98.

-Identity theft from the 1100 block of Independence Drive (residence, home). Stolen was U.S. currency.

-Information only report from the entrance to Wynlake (highway, street).

-Theft of property third degree from the 400 block of 13th Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen were $108 in U.S. currency and purses valued at $20.

-Theft of property third degree from Wal-Mart (department store). Stolen and recovered were caps valued at $71.32, a T-shirt valued at $10.47 and a roast beef sub valued at $3.24.

-Domestic dispute from the 130 block of Timberleaf Circle (residence, home).

Calera

-Theft of property second degree from the 9700 block of Alabama 25 (other, unknown). Stolen were a baseball bat valued

-Domestic incident from the 2100 block of 20th Street (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief-damage to private property from Shiloh Creek Drive (residence, home). Damaged were a Cadillac Devil in the amount of $1 and flowers in the amount of $1.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from Shelby County 20 (residence, home). Stolen were a jewelry box valued at $600, a set of black pearls valued at $800, a set of pearls valued at $800, a camcorder valued at $200, an Xbox 360 valued at $200, a Sony DVD player valued at $100 and a 32-inch Emerson flat screen TV valued at $200.

Oct. 4

-Harassment-family from the 800 block of Sixth Avenue (residence, home). Damaged was a Honda Accord in the amount of $600.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of Supercenter Drive (department store). Stolen was a pressure washer valued at $316.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from Plateau Road (residence, home). Damaged was a basement door and door frame in the amount of $200, and stolen were a Dell 17-inch laptop valued

at $2,300 and a Toshiba Netbook valued at $250.

-Domestic incident from the 0 block of Gaiters Drive (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 13900 block of Alabama 25 (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of Supercenter Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were jig blades, drill bits, a seven-piece drill set and a drum mandrel all valued at $50.

Oct. 5

-Theft of lost property second degree from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (convenience store). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy Note valued at $750.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Oakwell Street (other, unknown).

-Domestic incident from the 2000 block of Kerry Circle (residence, home).

-Found property from the 10900 block of Alabama 25.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Oakwell Street (residence, home).

Stolen were a stove valued at $500 and a microwave valued at $300.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree form the 0 block of Metro Drive (storage facility). Stolen were a tanning bed valued at $800, an exercise bike valued at $300, a treadmill valued at $300, miscellaneous clothing valued at $100, miscellaneous books valued at $100 and miscellaneous dishes valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Waterford Trace (residence, home). Stolen were a Colt Carbine .22-caliver rifle valued at $600, Colt rifle magazines valued at $160, a Bug Buster rifle scope valued at $70, a gun case valued at $45 and Monster Beats headphones valued at $275.

-Identity theft from Carrington Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a social security number.

-Domestic incident from Shelby County 151 and Shirey Lane (highway, street).

-Criminal trespass second degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 0 block of Crane Lane (commercial).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of services third degree from the 0 block of Crane Lane (parking lot, garage). Stolen were Costa sunglasses valued at $200 and a Mitsubishi vehicle entry/ignition key valued at $30.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 0 block of Crane Lane (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 0 block of Crane Lane (parking lot, garage).

-Identity theft from the 800 block of Waterford Circle (bank). Stolen were miscellaneous items all valued at $354.

-Domestic incident from the 2000 block of Kerry Circle (other, unknown).

-Violation of a domestic violence order from 19th Street (residence, home).

Oct. 8

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Dunwar Drive (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass third degree and criminal mischief from the 600 block

of Waterford Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a pad lock in the amount of $10.

-Criminal mischief-damage to private property and theft of property second degree form the 100 block of Moss Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a large metal date valued at $650 and a green lawn mower with a Weed Eater valued at $125. Damaged was a fence in the amount of $100.

-Simple assault-family and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from Kerry Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from the 4400 block of South Shades Crest Road (residence, home). Stolen was a gold necklace valued at $600.

Confiscated were a glass container with marijuana valued at $1, marijuana cigarettes valued at $1, a crusher valued at $1, pills valued at $1, pills valued at $1 and a package containing “spice” valued at $1.

-Theft of property first degree from the 1400 block of Timber Circle. Stolen was a wire transfer in the amount of $3,700.

-Theft of property second degree from the 110 block of Old Tuscaloosa Road (residence, home). Stolen were a debit card valued at $1 and a driver’s license valued at $25.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the Donut Chef parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Mazda in the amount of $1,500.

-Theft of property third degree from the 400 block of Tocoa Road (residence, home). Stolen were a gazing ball valued at $10, a windsock decoration valued at $5 and a yard sign valued at $5.

Sept. 30

-Theft of property third degree from the 400 block of Tocoa Road (residence, home). Stolen were Halloween lights valued at $30.

Oct. 2

-Criminal mischief III from Skyview Drive, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $150 were done to two right rear tires.

Oct. 5

-Criminal mischief I from CrestView Circle, Montevallo (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $5,000 were done to wooden bridge supports.

Oct. 7

-Harassment from Highway 119 and Quarles Street, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Theft of property III (residence/home). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $28.

Pelham

-Burglary from the 300 block of Keystone Court (commercial). Damaged was a window in the amount of $250.

-Home repair fraud from Carnoustie Drive (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from Bessemer (other, unknown).

Oct. 3

-Burglary from the 1900 block of Highway 68 (residence, home). Stolen were a TV valued at $350 and a TV valued at $150.

-Public intoxication from the 600 block of Cahaba Manor Trail (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of Chandabrook Drive (residence, home).

-Burglary from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a front door in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of McCain Parkway (commercial). Stolen were tires valued at $140, a jack valued at $35 and a trailer valued at $350.

-Miscellaneous information – counterfeit money from Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Confiscated was a counterfeit $20 bill.

Oct. 4

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and attempt to commit a controlled substance crime (supermarket). Recovered were tablets valued at $300.

-Sex offender registration violation – residence and sex offender registration – work from Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were a bottle with marijuana seeds valued at $5 and a water bottle with a metal socket valued at $5.

-Civil dispute from the 10 block of Monroe Drive (other, unknown).

Oct. 5

-Recovered lost property from the Ramada Limited (hotel, motel). Recovered was a Ruger SR9c valued at $500.

-Attempted suicide from Philip Davis Street (jail, prison).

Oct. 6

-Found property from the 100 block of Green Park South (residence, home).

-Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Old Montgomery Highway (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from a gym (other, unknown). Stolen were gym clothes valued at $80, a bag containing items valued at $10, glasses valued at $130, keys valued at $15 and a remote to a Chevrolet pickup truck valued at $130.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stone Hill Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a pendant valued at $1,000, a pendant valued at $400, a pendant valued at $600, a pendant valued at $300, a ring valued at $500, a ring valued at $200 and a handgun valued at $350.

-Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway at Valleydale Road (highway, street). Confiscated were a pack of AA batteries valued at $8, a pack of sinus and cold medication valued at $12, decongestant value at $15, unused insulin syringes valued at $60 and 40 small plastic baggies valued at $40. Reported was 100-percent lye drain opener valued at $10 and a gallon size can of Coleman fuel valued at $10.

Oct. 7

-License required to conceal pistol from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered were a Glock valued at $520, .40-caliber rounds valued at $5 and a Glock magazine valued at $15.

-License required to conceal pistol from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Confiscated was a pistol.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Crosscreek Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Beaver Creek Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were platinum rings valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Oak Mountain Circle (hotel, motel). Stolen were a silver cross valued at $99, an emblem valued at $50, a diamond cross valued at $60, a heart emblem valued at $75, tennis bracelets valued at $100, diamond rings valued at $200 and an engagement ring valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 10 block of Highway 35 (service, gas station). Stolen were two cartons of cigarettes valued at $90.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location (bank).

Oct. 8

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were assorted DVDs and Blu Rays valued at $260.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Sugar Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a purse valued at $15, a credit card, an Alabama driver’s license and Social Security cards.
