The neighborhood hangout

The Boot at Preserve Village gets its inspiration from unexpected places.

For example, the restaurant’s name comes from — of all places — a Charles Dickens novel. On one of the restaurant’s walls is inscribed this Dickens quote, from the novel “Barnaby Rudge”: “This Boot was a lone house of public entertainment… several people drinking there, and great merriment going on.”

Chef Chris Stone said The Boot lives up to that quote, with a bright, airy dining room and bar perfectly suited to be the neighborhood hangout.
