The Thompson Warriors wrestling team picked up three straight wins to win the Alabama Duals Wrestling Tournament held at Thompson High School Dec. 22.

Thompson began the day with a 66-10 victory over Benjamin Russell. Riley Pike, Austin Gould, Brewer Gilliland, Cahaman Holder, Kolby Newton and TJ Rayam each picked up pins in the dual.

The Warriors followed with a 78-3 win over Chelsea. Pike, Gould, Demario Haynes, Gilliland, Jacob Mayhall, Holder, Nick Hall, Jacobi Dial, Hunter Pinneo and Newton won by pin.

Thompson ended the tournament with a 79-0 shutout of Leeds. The Warriors picked up 10 pins in the win.
