–Miscellaneous incident-violation of school rules from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 10000 block of U.S. 280 West, Sterrett. A tag valued at $28 was stolen.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 4000 block of Laura Lane, Chelsea. A brick lintle valued at $145 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from The Country Store located off Shelby County 155, Montevallo.

–Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Shelby County 18, Montevallo. A 1995 silver Cadillac Seville was stolen and both driver side rims were damaged.

–Property damage from Shelby County 11 at Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea.

–Unauthorized use of a vehicle and fraudulent use of a debit card from the 2800 block of Downing Circle, Birmingham. A 2013 Lexus RX350 and a debit card were stolen.

–Theft of property from the 400 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham. A 12-gauge shotgun was stolen.

–Assault on school bus at Brook Highlands Place Apartments, Birmingham.

–Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Possession of child pornography from the 1200 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville.

–Miscellaneous information from the 1200 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 300 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea. Two tires valued at $140 were stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from Attic Plus Storage U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Lackmond Beast tile saw valued at $800, a Makita rotary hammer drill SDS plus valued at $250, a Porter cable wet tile saw valued at $195, a Makita corded SDS max hammer drill with hard case valued at $450, a Porter cable air compressor valued at $200 and a Dewalt compound Miter Saw valued at $220 was stolen.

–Theft of property fourth degree from Asbury United Methodist Church, Birmingham. A catalytic converter on a 2001 Ford Econoline passenger van was stolen.

 

Feb. 2

–Criminal mischief from Brush Creek Farm Road at Shelby County 26, Columbiana.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 600 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana and carrying a pistol concealed without a permit from Meadowbrook Road at Cumberland Trace, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. An iPhone 6 with peach and till case valued at $300 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville. An eave of a carport roof attached to residence valued at $1,000 was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Chesser Reserve Way, Chelsea.

–Domestic investigation from the 9500 block of Shelby County 41, Leeds. A 2006 Mazda 3S valued at $4,000 was damaged.

–Criminal mischief third degree from Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Public intoxication from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Trespass from the 200 block of L and M Trace, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Meadow View Road, Maylene.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Fire investigation from Steele Drive, Maylene. A wooden storage building was damaged.

–Missing person from the 300 block of Shelby County 474, Leeds.

–Theft of property first degree from River Hills Shopping Center, Birmingham. A 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche was stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Four debit and credit cards were stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Five credit and debit cards were stolen.

–Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree from the 40th block of Granliebe Drive, Montevallo. A Chicago General MIG 170 wired welder valued at $150, two neon green Ryobi reciprocating saws valued at $200 and a black general Chicago welder stand valued at $75 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Shelby County 474, Leeds.

–Theft of property from the 1800 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham. A 2017 Ford Focus was stolen.

–Domestic investigation from the 1800 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from U.S. 280 at Budget Inn, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A 2014 Jeep Cherokee was damaged.

–Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 600 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 4000 block of Riverwood Place, Birmingham. A 2.5 karat diamond pendant valued at $8,500 was stolen.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 1000 block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea.

–Identity theft from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Place, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 3100 block of Highland Lakes Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Oak Tree Drive, Chelsea.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Waldrop Drive, Wilsonville. Withdrawals from a bank account totaling $699.50 were stolen.

–Fire investigation from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 9500 block of Shelby County 51, Sterrett. A pair of Swarovski binoculars valued at $2,700 and a Winchester .357 lever action was stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A 60-inch flat screen TV valued at $400, a 52-inch flat screen TV valued at $300, a jewelry box containing an unknown amount of jewelry, a Harbor Freight 3500-watt generator valued at $450 and a 13-month old and 6-month old Boston Terriers valued at $3,000 were stolen.

 

Feb. 5

–Breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 700 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea. An iPhone 4 valued at $300 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous information/lost property from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from White Circle, Wilsonville.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Davis Drive, Columbiana.

–Domestic incident from Bent Creek Road, Alabaster.

–Miscellaneous incident from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Theft of property first degree from the 200 block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea. A 1.2 karat white gold diamond ring valued at $11,000, a one karat yellow gold diamond ring valued at $7,000 and miscellaneous necklaces were stolen.

–Harassment from the 2300 block of Lakeside Drive, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2500 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property fourth degree from the 700 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea. Cash totaling $12 was stolen.

–Identity theft from the 1000 block of Cole Circle, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-recovered stolen property from Apache Drive at Cherokee Drive, Wilsonville.

–Burglary third degree from the 3200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A 32-inch TV was stolen.

–Death investigation from the 2500 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

–Burglary from the 600 block of Shelby County 308, Shelby.

–Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from the 5400 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. Three metal doors were damaged with pry marks, a white wooden door frame was damaged, $800 in various bills were stolen and a white gold wedding bank with a one karat square diamond valued at $13,000 was stolen.

–Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Shelby County 8, Wilton.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Brook Highland, Birmingham.

–Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 70th block of Nabors Drive, Chelsea. U.S. currency totaling $360 was stolen.
