-Running a school bus stop from the 8500 block of Highway 17 (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 235 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a roll of copper wire valued at $101.25.

-Information only – recovered property from the 400 block of 13th Street Northwest (residence, home). Recovered was an aluminum hull boat valued at $350.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1100 block of Willow Creek Court (residence, home). Stolen was a Vizio 32-inch LCD TV valued at $400, a Sharp 32-inch LCD TV valued at $400, a Sony Playstation 3 valued at $300, a Samsung 46-inch LCD TV valued at $800, a Panasonic 50-inch plasma TV valued at $1,000, a Hannspree 28-inch computer monitor valued at $150 and a custom-built gaming computer tower valued at $600.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were four pieces of a plastic bag commonly used to store narcotics, a metal spoon with burn marks commonly used to smoke crack heroin, four capped syringes and a blue pill believed to be hydrocodone.

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Open door from the 200 block of Second Place Southwest (specialty store).

Aug. 23

-Driving under the influence of any substance and carrying a pistol without a permit from I-65 Southbound (highway, street). Recovered was a Kel-Tec 9mm pistol valued at $50.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. Highway 31 at Fifth Avenue Northeast (highway, street). Confiscated was a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 17 at Lacey Avenue (highway, street). Confiscated was a metal container.

-Property damage from Highway 17 (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield in the amount of $350.

-Identity theft from Alabaster (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Douglas Drive (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 200 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Domestic violence and harassment from the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Sugarberry Drive (other, unknown).

-Harassment from the 500 block of Navajo Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a cellophane bag containing what appears to be marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from Hillspun Drive at County Road 95 (highway, street). Confiscated were 14 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana in a cellophane bag, a pack of Job rolling papers, a socket used to smoke marijuana, two small plastic Ziploc bags and two digital scales.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated were six lortab pills valued at $60.

-Obstructing justice using a false ID from Old Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Carriage Circle (residence, home). Confiscated was a marijuana plant.

-Recovered stolen vehicle from U.S. Highway 31 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered was a Yamaha YZF-R1 valued at $7,000.

-Theft of property from the 900 building at Wellington Manor apartments (residence, home). Stolen was a Coleman 32-quart cooler valued at $30, a soft-sided cooler valued at $10 and a Mongoose girl’s bicycle valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 600 building at Wellington Manor Apartments (residence, home). Stolen was a couch and outdoor furniture valued at $150 and a table valued at $50.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from I-65 (highway, street).

-Attempted burglary and criminal mischief from the 300 block of First Street Southwest (supermarket). Damaged was a front window in the amount of $700.

Stolen were two Compaq computer towers valued at $400, a computer tower valued at $100, three collectable knives valued at $150, antique jewelry valued at $200, a metal file box and a corkscrew with a built-in knive.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Walton Street (parking lot, garage). Damage in the amount of $100 was done to the rear driver side window of a 1997 Buick Regal. Stolen was the vehicle’s front door lock and window control panel valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from McDow Road (government, public building). Damage in the amount of $100 was done to a dugout at Field A at the Columbiana Sports Complex.

Confiscated was a marijuana cigarette inside a Marlboro Smooth cigarette pack valued at $5, a silver pack of “Home Spice Double Rainbow” valued at $10, a leather pouch containing three sockets with burnt residue, an unlabeled CVS prescription bottle with marijuana residue, a partial bottle of Carlo Rossi Blush wine and a marijuana stem.

-Theft of property from the 2700 block of Pelham parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was a 3-cy-3-foot Venetian antique mirror valued at $2,500 and a Gypsy Caravan statuesque valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from Plaza Pines mobile home park (residence, home). Stolen were hydrocodone tablets valued at $5 and methocarbamal tablets valued at $2.

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds and unlawful possession of marijuana from 3050 Lee St. (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a small container with suspected salvia or spice valued at $20, a small container with burnt residue believed to be salvia or spice, two metal pipes with burnt residue believed to be used to smoke salvia or spice valued at $20 and a wrapper labeled with K3.

-Property damage – vehicle from Pelham Parkway at Pee Wee’s Pawn (highway, street). Damaged was the rear driver-side window on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler in the amount of $300.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Patera’s Sports Bar at 2846 Pelham Parkway (bar).

-Missing person from the 3900 Block of Highway 11 (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from the Alabama Department of Corrections in Montgomery (jail, prison).

-Theft of property from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was a University of Alabama folding arm chair valued at $10, a brown colored folding arm chair valued at $10, 10 metal folding chairs with leather cushions valued at $210 and two wicker love seat sofas with beige cushions valued at $220.

Stolen was $6,500 in U.S. currency, a Sharp 60-inch flat screen television valued at $900, a Sanyo 24-inch flat screen television valued at $900, a Toshiba laptop valued at $1,100, a Toshiba laptop valued at $650 and a Phillips surround sound valued at $150.
