Covenant rallies late past Hope Christian

The Hope Christian Eagles held a 4-run lead heading into the bottom of the seventh, but Covenant Christian rallied for five runs to take a 9-8 victory March 30.

Immanuel Drew took the loss for Hope Christian allowing three earned runs on four hits in one and a third innings of work. Matthew Hyde and Chandler Donegan each went 1-for-3 with two RBIs while Bill Etheridge finished 1-for-4 with two RBIs.
