The Hope Christian School volleyball team swept The Rock Christian School in a pair of matches Sept. 19.

The Eagles defeated The Rock 25-27, 25-5, 25-17, 25-20 in the first match.

Rachel Holmes led Hope Christian with 14 kills in the victory. Holmes also recorded four service aces.

Teenie Donlin contributed 10 kills and a team-high 20 service aces. Lindy Walker posted six kills and two service aces. Joelle Reed finished with five kills.

Rebekah King, who had four assists, and Erin Douglas posted two kills each. Haley Holmes finished with four service aces and nine assists in the match.

Aubrey Best registered a team-high 16 assists.

Hope Christian defeated The Rock 25-19, 23-25, 25-19, 25-14 in the second match.

Donlin led the Eagles with nine kills and nine service aces in the victory.

Reed contributed five kills and a service ace. Douglas and Rachel Holmes finished with four kills and one service ace each.

King chipped in three kills and one service ace to go along with a team-high 11 assists. Lindy Walker posted two kills and eight service aces. Best, who recorded eight service aces and eight assists, and Camryn Bradford recorded one kill each.
