March 11

-Warrant arrest from the Vestavia City Jail (jail, prison).

-Allowing a minor to drive from Elm Street (highway, street).

-Domestic violence third-degree – harassment from 500 County Road 52 West (specialty store).

March 12

-Failure to appear from the Jefferson County Domestic Relations Courthouse (government, public building).

 

Montevallo

March 7

-Found property from the 200 block of Main Street North (restaurant). Recovered was a direct express Mastercard valued at $0.

-Possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol from Railroad Avenue (highway/street). Recovered was a 10 mg Methadone tablet valued at $20.

-Criminal trespass warning from the 500 block of Main Street (govt/public building).

-Harassment from the 4500 block of Alabama 25 (dept. store).

-Forgery II from the 4000 block of Alabama 25 (supermarket). Stolen were American Industrial Metals check valued at $498, Laco Woodwork check valued at $493, Barth Lumber Co. Inc check valued at $492, Laco Woodwork check valued at $489 and American Industrial Metals valued at $478.

March 8

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 200 block of Overland Road (residence/home). Stolen were Allenware laptop computer valued at $820, 120 GB Xbox 360 video game console valued at $250 and Element 22-inch LCD TV valued at $250. Damaged was a mounting bracket for door chain in the amount of $10.

-Burglary II and theft of property I from the 4700 block of Alabama 119 (conv. store). Stolen were Ruby cash register system valued at $13,000, cash register valued at $500 and U.S. currency valued at $400. Damaged were glass door valued at $1,200 and glass door valued at $600.

-Duty to give information and render aid from Plowman Street and King Street (highway/street). Damaged was the left rear bumper of a white 2010 Honda Accord in the amount of $50.

-Possession of marijuana II from Alabama 119 and Oakdale Drive (highway/street). Recovered was a green, leafy substance field tested to be marijuana valued at $2.

-Found property from Alabama 119 and Cherokee Street (highway/street). Recovered were black backpack valued at $20, brown sweater, jeans and two shirts valued at $1, men’s Fossil watch valued at $1, a bottle of Dolce and Gabbana cologne valued at $1 and Old Spice deodorant valued at $1.
