Police reports for the week of March 21, 2012

The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from March 2-16:

 

Alabaster

March 2

-Damage to property from South Colonial Drive (department store). Damaged were the passenger front door of a 2012 Dodge pickup and the driver side door of a white 2012 Audi Q7 3.0T.

-Damage to property from the Colonial Promenade (department store). Damaged was the passenger rear quarter panel and rear bumper of a 2008 Ford Mustang.

-Information from the 200 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Assault from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of South Colonial Parkway (department store). Stolen were items valued at $426.14 and confiscated were lortab pills, clonazepam pills, xanax pills, tramadol hydrochloride and diazepam.

-Damage to property from Dollar General at 2260 Kent Dairy Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Chrysler 300.

March 3

-Animal complaint from the 300 block of Willow Glen Court (residence, home). Reported were dog bites to the leg.

-Information from Applegate Lane (residence, home).

-Information from the 1000 block of Balmoral Drive (hotel, motel).

-Damage to property from the 800 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Damaged was a passenger side mirror and passenger side door of a 2002 Nissan Altima in the amount of $500.

-Damage to property from an unknown area of 459 in Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a rear passenger-side fender in the amount of $500.

March 4

-Unlawful possession of prescription medication and driving under the influence of a controlled substance from I-65 South at the 237 mile marker (highway, street). Confiscated were xanax pills.

-Leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol from the 900 block of 10th Street Southwest (residence, home). Damaged were a residence in the amount of $15,000 and a 1993 Nissan 240SX in the amount of $1,500.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Dogwood Trail (residence, home). Reported was a 2011 Ford Edge SUV and a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado.
